The cartel was made in January 17, 2015 by Vicious and his 2 companions Carl & Bee.
Their biggest goal is to kill anyone who disobey the great cartel, they are known for being notorious murderers and their cold blooded killings.
The Vicious Cartel are working with supplying drugs and doing weapon deals, they are one faction you don't want to fuck with.
